What this policy covers
This policy explains what Well-Done Plumbing collects when you use this website or call us, and how it is used. The site has no forms and no accounts, so most of what we hold comes from phone calls.
Information from phone calls
When you call, we note your name, phone number, the service address and what you need, so we can schedule and complete the work and follow up about it. Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows, and you will be told when that applies.
Information from this website
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Like any website, our hosting server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Maps load only when you press a View map button; at that point Google Maps receives the request under Google's own privacy policy.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share it only to do the work you asked for (for example with a parts supplier or a permitting office), when the law requires it, or, if a call is passed to another local provider because every plumber is busy, the details needed for that provider to help you.
Keeping and correcting your information
